Industrial plug socket

Industrial Plugs & Sockets (with screw)

Industrial plugs & sockets shall conform to IEC 309-1 & 2. The housing shall be made of high quality self extinguishing engineering polymer for good insulation, high mechanical strength, superior resistance to chemical agents, and shall have a fire and heat withstand capacity of 850*C / 30 s (Glow wire test).
All socket sleeves and plug pins to be nickel plated to ensure maximum protection against
corrosion, and to guarantee optimum electrical & mechanical performances even in humid & dusty environments. All plugs & sockets shall have a cable clamp, to avoid stress on the terminals. All metal components other than contacts to be of stainless steel composition.
The Ingress Protection (IP) levels shall be 44 OR 67 and IK level (external physical impacts)
to be 08(5 joules). The connection screws to be captive in nature.

Industrial Plugs & Sockets (with out screw)

Industrial plugs & sockets shall conform to IEC 309-1 & 2.
The housing shall be made of high quality self extinguishing engineering polymer. Degree of protection against external mechanical impacts to be IK08 and Resistance to fire and abnormal heat to be 850 C (Glow wire test) Socket sleeves should be made of brass and plug pins to be made of stainless steel to ensure maximum protection against corrosion.
The connection should be FAST, without stripping the conductor in total absence of Screws. The body should have stainless steel insert for fast coupling of handgrip with body, without using screws. All plugs & sockets shall have a cable clamp, to avoid stress on the terminals.

Interlocked Switched Sockets (No Provision for protective device)

The device shall have a Socket with an Interlock. The device shall be Wall or Panel mounted in configuration. The sockets shall conform to IEC 309-1 & 2. The housing shall be made of high quality self extinguishing engineering polymer for good insulation, high mechanical strength, superior resistance to chemical agents, and shall have a fire and heat withstand capacity of 750*C / 30 s (Glow wire test). cannot be removed from the socket in ON position. The switch should be designed for use in Class AC22A and can be externally padlocked both in ON & OFF positions. The Ingress Protection (IP) levels shall be 44 OR 65 and IK level (external physical impacts) to be 08( 5 joules). The connection screws to be captive in nature.

Interlocked Switched Sockets (With Provision for protective device)

The device shall have Socket with an Interlock, and a DIN rail for Modular Protection Devices. The device shall be Wall Mounted in configuration. The sockets shall conform to IEC 309-1 & 2.The housing shall be made of high quality self extinguishing engineering polymer for good insulation, high mechanical strength, superior resistance to chemical agents, and shall have a fire and heat withstand capacity of 850*C / 30 s (Glow wire test).The interlock mechanism should be so designed that it should not be possible to switch on without the plug being inserted and, the plug cannot be removed from the socket in ON position the switch should be designed for use in Class AC22A and can be externally padlocked both in ON & OFF positions. The Ingress Protection (IP) levels shall be 65 and IK level (external physical impacts) to be 10 ( 5 joules). The connection screws to be captive in nature.

Plastic Enclosures

The Plastic enclosure shall be aesthetically attractive, with IP 65 Protection suitable for Industrial & Residential applications. It shall carry mechanical impacts upto IK 09 .It shall accommodate Modular Protection devices, indicator devices as well as Plug & Sockets. It shall contain removable chassis, position of the chassis shall be changeable according to the height of the components inside the DB & door shall open in 180° angle.
Multiple Enclosures shall form panel such as extension is possible.
